Well and Septic Inspections 

Inspections are often apart of the process when purchasing or selling a home. We make the process simple by inspecting all aspects of the home water system. We locate and dye your septic system to observe the systems discharge and look for leaks. We inspect the pressure tank, pressure switch and well casing. Water samples are then taken for coliform bacteria and nitrates. FHA / VA Well and Septic inspections Follows the same process as our conventional inspections with two additional water samples (Leads and Nitrites). We also survey the land measuring the distances between the water systems (Well and Septic) required by most lenders.We will now also be giving detailed assessments of the water quality and offer solutions so the water can be filtered properly putting to ease some of the many worries of first time (Well Water Owners) or customers more familiar with city or municipal water.
